Access
We are updating our login system: Instead of logging in with your MerchantID and password as before, you will soon use a personal login.
The next time you sign in with your MerchantID and password, you may be asked to create one or more personal user accounts.
Multifactor authentication
Multifactor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring more than just your password to log in. This means that even if someone knows your username and password, they still cannot access your account without an additional verification step.
When MFA is turned on, you will need to enter a code from your mobile device to complete the login to our merchant interface. This code is generated by an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Microsoft Authenticator, installed on your phone.
MFA is required by PCI DSS and we have to follow it to be compliant.
